Bull Ski & Kajakk went live with Omnium’s Order Management System (OMS) November 2024, transforming how they manage orders across their sales channels and enhancing operational efficiency. Here's how they will be using Omnium OMS:
Integrated Operations
Their Drupal-based website, integrated by our partner Frontkom, seamlessly connects with Omnium for an optimized online shopping experience.
Three physical stores utilize the Sitoo POS system, fully integrated with Omnium for a unified approach to order and inventory management.
Efficient Order Fulfillment
Online orders provide customers with delivery to their homes or the option for in-store pickup.
Internal stock transfers between store locations are managed using custom picklists and tailored order statuses within Omnium.
Advanced Features in Action
Picklist Functionality: Streamlining in-store workflows for smoother operations.
Campaign Features: Enhancing their marketing efforts with targeted promotions.
PIM Solution: Omnium’s Product Information Management (PIM) feature has already significantly improved operational efficiency.
Markets & Payments
Operating exclusively in Norway, Bull Ski & Kajakk uses Vipps, KlarnaCheckout, and TripletexInvoice for payments, with Logistra handling their shipping and logistics.
We look forward to fully utilizing Omnium’s Order Management Solution to achieve a more streamlined workflow, as our current structure for inventory and logistics is neither optimal nor modern. Additionally, we look forward to the opportunity to expand with new features through the API, which we previously didn’t have access to.
