With this integration, you can easily add Ingrid as a shipping provider within Omnium and leverage the Ingrid widget directly in the user interface. This seamless connection allows you to process orders that include an Ingrid transport order ID directly through Omnium, simplifying your workflow.

By activating the Ingrid widget in Omnium, users can effortlessly create new shipments. You can also tailor Ingrid’s shipment options for each market, defining specific shipping methods available in your webshop.
When a customer selects an Ingrid shipping option in your webshop, a corresponding shipment is added to their cart. Once the webshop generates the Ingrid transport order, Omnium takes over and books the shipment based on the transport order details. This end-to-end integration ensures efficient and accurate order fulfillment, making your shipping process faster and more reliable.
