Powerful Connector Upgrades, Better Product Control, and Workflow Flexibility

This month we’ve rolled out a series of improvements across integrations, mobile usage, workflows, and product management. Whether you're working in-store, in the warehouse, or behind the scenes, November’s updates help you move faster with more confidence.

Stronger Integrations with Sitoo, Voyado, and Front Systems

  • Voyado: Support for multi-store mapping, discovery keys, and language mapping in Order v3.
  • Sitoo:
    • Sync promotions from Omnium to Sitoo
    • Better return handling logic
    • Unit & conversion mapping in orders
    • Auto-cancel undelivered lines
  • Front Systems:
    • Full BORIS support (Buy Online Return In Store)
    • Two-way inventory sync now enabled

Purchase Order Improvements – On the Go and At Scale

  • Edit purchase orders in the mobile view, including barcode scanning and adding lines.
  • Mass update purchase order status in one go.
  • View product and line item details directly in the PO list.
  • Supplier SKU IDs now visible in purchase list for clearer procurement handling.
  • Discontinued products are now flagged and can be blocked from PO inclusion.

Pricing, Cost Management & Analytics

  • Scheduled deletion of expired cost prices, based on tenant settings.
  • Products now support cost in default currency, with exchange-rate–based updates.
  • Reorder suggestions can round up minimums to always keep at least 1 unit in stock.

Workflow & Order Automation Enhancements

  • Set a pickup warehouse in workflows for customer pickup scenarios.
  • Scheduled order-to-PO allocation tasks now support order type filters.
  • Orders can now be retriggered from the UI, helping with exception handling and ops control.

API Extensions & Role Management

  • Search products by supplier SKU IDs via API.
  • Public API endpoints for inventory transaction search, including scroll support.
  • API now supports multi-employee user management.
  • New API role: "User" can access user and role management endpoints.

Platform & UX Upgrades

  • New setting allows copying all system config between dev and test environments.
  • VAT toggle now updates dashboards in real time.
  • Support for custom fonts in notification templates for better branding.
  • New customizable product print templates for tailored document outputs.
