Running a retail operation across multiple store concepts and three markets means Eurosko handles significant order complexity every day. Orders need to flow seamlessly between online and physical stores, inventory needs to be available across channels, and the customer experience must be consistent regardless of where a purchase is made. On top of this, Eurosko needed to support fulfillment both from a central warehouse and directly from stores, as well as inter-store transfers to ensure customers could always access the products they were looking for.
Managing this at scale required more than just a standard e-commerce setup. Eurosko needed a reliable operational backbone to orchestrate the full order flow and support continued omnichannel growth across brands and markets.

Omnium plays a key role in Eurosko's omnichannel strategy. By placing Omnium at the center of their commerce operations, Eurosko gained a single platform to receive orders from the online store and manage the full order flow from there.
This includes warehouse fulfillment, store-to-store transfers, payment handling, and automated customer notifications. Rather than managing these processes across separate systems, Omnium gives Eurosko the operational control and visibility needed to deliver a consistent experience across all channels and store concepts.

The Solution
Eurosko runs a composable setup with Omnium at the center, integrated with best-in-class partners across commerce, payments, logistics and communication.
Orders sent from the warehouse are handled directly in Omnium, where employees can print pick lists, change order status, create returns and print shipping labels. Eurosko also uses Omnium to send items between stores, making products available for purchase even when they are not in stock at the customer's nearest location. Orders picked up in store are processed directly in the POS system, where Omnium handles payment completion as well as email and SMS notifications to the customer, ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience whether the order is shipped or collected in person.
