Click & Collect is an excellent way of driving business to your stores. It makes it easy and convenient for customers to browse your products with inventory and pricing, reserve the products they want and picking them up at the store of their choice.   1. The customer reserves products online and selects in what store store he wants to pick them up.

  2. Reservation confirmation is automatically sent (e-mail / SMS) to the customer and the store.

  3. Store employee use pick-list to find the products.

  4. Store employee changes order status.

  5. Notification is automatically sent to the customer with all relevant information like opening hours, pick-up point, address, how long the products are reserved and so on.
